The TwinBATT Cluster has released a new video introducing the collaboration and the projects that compose it. TwinBATT brings together four EU-funded initiatives — THOR, DigiBatt, AccCellBaT, and FASTEST — to reshape how batteries are designed, tested and validated.
By combining advanced digital tools, battery Digital Twins and hybrid testing platforms with real-world experiments, the network aims to accelerate battery development while reducing costs, emissions and reliance on energy-intensive physical testing. The video highlights how this joint effort is paving the way for safer, higher-performing battery systems and faster innovation across the entire battery value chain.
The initiative also benefits from BOOSTER, which provides free-of-charge support services to enhance dissemination and exploitation of research results, helping innovations reach the market and a wider audience.
